Maura Tierney

Maura Lynn Tierney (* 3. February 1965 in Boston, Massachusetts) Is a U.S. Actress. In Germany it was mainly for her role as Dr. Abby Lockhart in hospital series Emergency Room - The Emergency Room and the American sitcom NewsRadio the 15th since January 2007 to Comedy Central sent is known.
Tierney parents are Pat and Joseph Tierney, a former Boston politicians. She has two younger siblings.
In 1994 she married the producer and cameraman Billy Morrissette, and lived with him in New York and Los Angeles. Children from this marriage did not proceed. After 13 years of marriage, Tierney filed for divorce in July 2006.

Personal life

Tierney married actor-director Billy Morrissette on February 1, 1993, two days before her 28th birthday, after the two met on the set of a never-aired television series.[12] She filed for Divorce 13 years later, citing irreconcilable differences. They had no children.
She appeared on Tubridy Tonight, An Irish chat show, on 28 February 2009 and reported having Botox treatment. On February 1, 2009, which would have been her own 16th wedding anniversary, she officiated at the wedding of ER castmate / friend, Parminder Nagra and photographer James Stenson
